An estimated 100,000 pounds of fresh trash – this time on its way to the Ontario County landfill – was spilled on Route 96A, not far from Sampson State Park.
Local fire departments and state police were among the first responders, while Casella Waste Managemanet personnel had the honor of cleaning up the mess.
